Contacts · Companies · Pipeline · Inbox · Calendar · Reporting

RevOps.ai is a full CRM, not an AI bolt-on.

Contacts, companies, a deal pipeline, a unified inbox, a shared calendar and reporting. All of it standard, on every plan. What isn't standard is that AI agents work these records around the clock, and every message, call and stage change lands back on the same timeline.

Illustrative, not real customer data.

Does RevOps.ai have a CRM?

Yes. RevOps.ai includes a full CRM as standard on every plan, including Pay As You Go. It is not a paid module and not an add-on. You get contact records with custom fields, company records, a drag-and-drop deal pipeline with amounts and close dates, a unified inbox threading SMS, WhatsApp, email, web chat and phone calls per contact, website visitor tracking that attaches browsing history to a contact, a shared team calendar, saved filter views, contact lists, tags, CSV import and export, role-based team access, and reporting dashboards.

The AI agents are what work those records. The records themselves are an ordinary, complete CRM, and the rest of this page lists every object in it.

Every object, in full

What is actually in the CRM.

Not a feature-flavoured summary. This is the object list, what each record holds, and what you can do with it.

RevOps.ai CRM objects, the fields each one holds, and the actions available on it
ObjectWhat it holdsWhat you can do
ContactsName, email, phone, job title, owner, lead score, source, status, preferred channel, last contacted, linked company, and your own custom fields.Filter with a condition builder (contains, is, is not, empty, before, after, greater than and more), save those filters as views, sort, pick columns, bulk assign an owner, add to a list, tag, import from CSV, export, enrol in a workflow, or send straight into a dialing session.
CompaniesCompany name, domain, every contact that belongs to it, and when it was created.Filter and sort the same way as contacts, drill in from any contact record, and merge duplicates into one company.
Deals and pipelineDeal name, the stages you define, amount and currency, close date, owner, status, and a field-level history of what changed and when.Drag and drop between stages, switch between All Deals and My Deals, edit amount, currency, close date and owner, and see the summed value sitting in each stage.
ConversationsSMS, WhatsApp, email, web chat and phone calls, threaded into one inbox per contact, with attachments and call recordings.Take a thread over from the AI mid-conversation and release it back, star, archive, mark resolved, snooze with a reminder, and save views scoped by agent, workflow or channel.
Website visitorsAnonymous sessions from a tracking snippet on your site: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, referrer, UTM source, medium and campaign, and approximate location.Identify a session against an email or phone and the whole browsing history attaches to that contact record, so a rep can see someone read pricing three times before they pick up the phone.
Meetings and calendarA shared team calendar of upcoming, completed and expired meetings, whether an AI agent or a rep booked them.Book inside a conversation without sending a scheduling link, and sync with Google Calendar.
ReportingMeetings booked, response rate, pipeline value, pipeline reactivated, revenue influenced, average response time, outcome rate and conversation volume.Break results down by rep, agent, campaign and channel, compare against the previous month, and track progress toward a reactivation target.
Lists, tags and viewsContact lists, team-wide tags, and saved views that keep a set of filters around for next time.Build a segment once and reuse it as a campaign audience, a dialing queue or an inbox filter.
Team and accessWorkspaces, team members, pending invites, office hours, and owner, admin and operator roles.Invite teammates, set roles, run separate workspaces per brand, and for agencies, run client sub-accounts under your own branding.
One record

Integrated is not the same as unified.

Most stacks are a CRM, plus a sales engagement tool, plus a dialer, plus a scheduler, held together by syncs. Each sync has a direction, a delay and a failure mode, and the person who finds out it broke is a rep reading a stale record on a live call.

Here the AI conversation, the human call, the meeting and the stage change are rows against the same contact. Nothing has to survive a sync to reach the person who needs it, because it never left.

Keep what you have

You do not have to migrate to try this.

The built-in CRM matters most if you do not already have one, or you are tired of paying for a CRM, a sales engagement tool and a dialer separately. If you already run something, connect it and let RevOps.ai work alongside.

GoHighLevel
Connect over OAuth. Contacts map both ways, messages mirror into the thread, and pipeline stage and tag changes sync across.
HubSpot
Connect your portal and keep contact records aligned between systems.
Salesforce
Connect your org so reps keep working where they already work.
Pipedrive
Connect your account and keep deals consistent across both pipelines.
Google Calendar
Two-way availability, so booked meetings land on the right calendar.
Slack and Discord
Push notifications where your team already reads them.

See the full list on the integrations directory, or read how the power dialer turns these records into a call queue.

FAQ

CRM questions, answered.

Does RevOps.ai have a CRM?

Yes. RevOps.ai includes a full CRM as standard on every plan, not as a paid module or an add-on. It has contact records with custom fields, company records, a drag-and-drop deal pipeline with amounts and close dates, a unified inbox threading SMS, WhatsApp, email, web chat and phone calls per contact, website visitor tracking that attaches browsing history to a contact, a shared team calendar, saved filter views, contact lists, tags, CSV import and export, role-based team access, and reporting dashboards. The AI agents are what works those records. The records themselves are an ordinary, complete CRM.

Is RevOps.ai a GoHighLevel alternative?

For most teams, yes, and it's the comparison we get asked about most. Both give you contacts, pipelines, a multi-channel inbox, calendars, sub-accounts and white-label. Where they differ is what happens without a human. In RevOps.ai, AI agents run conversations across SMS, email, chat and voice on their own, score and rank who is worth a call, and write everything back onto the same contact timeline your reps read. You do not have to choose immediately either: RevOps.ai connects to GoHighLevel over OAuth, mirrors messages into the thread and syncs pipeline stage and tag changes, so you can run both while you decide.

Can I keep Salesforce or HubSpot and still use RevOps.ai?

Yes. Plenty of teams do. Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or GoHighLevel and RevOps.ai works alongside them rather than asking you to migrate. Your reps keep living in the CRM they know while AI agents run the outreach and the conversations flow back. The built-in CRM matters most to teams that do not already have one, or that are tired of paying for a CRM and a sales engagement tool and a dialer separately.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes, from CSV. Map your columns on the way in, including into custom fields, and export back out to CSV whenever you want. Your data is not held hostage.

Does the CRM support custom fields?

Yes. Add your own fields to contact records, fill them on import or edit them inline in the contacts table, and filter and save views on them like any built-in field.

Does it handle companies, or only individual contacts?

Both. Companies are their own record type with a name, domain and every contact that belongs to them. You can filter contacts by company name or domain, drill from a contact into its company, and merge duplicate companies together.

What happens to conversations the AI agents have?

They land on the contact record like any other activity. An AI SMS thread, a rep phone call, an email and a stage change all sit on one timeline in the order they happened, so nobody has to reconstruct the story from two systems. A rep can take a thread over from the AI mid-conversation and release it back afterwards.

Can I control who on my team sees what?

Team access runs on owner, admin and operator roles, with invites managed per workspace. Teams that need harder separation between brands or clients run separate workspaces, and agencies run client sub-accounts under their own branding.

Is the CRM charged separately?

No. Contacts, companies, pipeline, inbox, calendar, reporting and the power dialer are included on every plan, including Pay As You Go. Plans differ on seats, workspaces, white-label and reporting depth rather than on whether you get the CRM. See the pricing page for the breakdown.

What kind of reporting does the CRM give me?

Dashboards covering meetings booked, response rate, pipeline value, pipeline reactivated, revenue influenced, average response time, outcome rate and conversation volume, broken down by rep, agent, campaign and channel, with trends against the previous month and progress against a reactivation target you set.
