Auto-advance · AI-ranked queue · No per-seat fee

The power dialer that already knows who to call.

Dialers call faster. They don't decide who is worth calling. Your AI agents work the list across SMS, email and chat, rank who has earned a phone call, and hand your reps a queue they can burn through one click at a time.

Everycall logged

Duration, outcome and notes write back to the contact automatically. Recording where your region and settings allow.

Four ways teams run it

A landing pad for AI calls, a ranked callback queue, a fully human line, or just a very fast dialer.

Most teams start with one of these and end up running two or three at once. It is the same queue, the same CRM and the same reporting underneath.

The landing pad for your AI call agents

Your AI voice agent opens the conversation and handles the qualifying. The moment a prospect asks for a person, pushes back on price, or trips a rule you set, the contact drops into a rep queue with the transcript already attached. Nobody re-asks the questions the AI just asked.

Escalation rules are yours to set: keyword, sentiment, deal size, or a plain request for a person.

Not a dialer bolted onto a CRM

The queue and the CRM are the same system.

This is the part that decides whether a dialer is worth anything. If your call tool and your customer record live in different products, someone spends their evening reconciling them, and the queue is always a day out of date.

RevOps.ai ships the CRM. The contact your rep dials, the pipeline stage it sits in, the SMS thread the AI ran last week and the recording of the call that just ended are one record. See every object in the CRM.

Contacts
Lists, tags, custom fields and saved views. Filter down to the exact segment you want to call, then send that segment straight into a dialing session.
Pipeline
A drag-and-drop deal pipeline with the stages your team actually uses. Move a deal from inside a call and it is moved everywhere.
Unified inbox
SMS, email, chat and calls thread into one timeline per contact. Your rep opens a call already knowing what the AI said last Tuesday.
Calendar
Shared team calendar with booking built in. Meetings agreed on a call land on the right calendar without a scheduling link.
Call records
Durations, outcomes, rep notes and recordings attached to the contact, replayable from the timeline months later.
Reporting
Dashboards across agents, campaigns, channels and reps. Meetings booked, response rates, pipeline influenced and outcome rates, tracked over time.
Where the categories stop

Dialers call faster. They do not decide who is worth calling.

Standalone dialers are fast and blind. Bundled CRM dialers know your contacts but not what those contacts said this morning. Here is where each one stops.

Reporting

Every dial, in the same report as every message.

Because the dialer isn't a separate product, your reporting isn't a separate product either. Human calls and AI conversations land in one dashboard, so you can see which touch preceded the close, not just which rep logged it.

Break it down by rep, by agent, by campaign, by channel and over time, then sync the same numbers back to Salesforce or HubSpot so leadership reads them where they already look.

FAQ

Power dialer questions, answered.

What is a power dialer?

A power dialer calls through a list of contacts one after another automatically. Your rep finishes a call and the next number dials on its own, with nobody looking up a record or copying a number between tabs. RevOps.ai adds the part most dialers skip: the list is ranked by live buying intent from your AI conversations, and every past interaction with that contact is on screen while the phone rings.

How many dials per hour will my reps get?

That depends on your list and your talk time, and anyone quoting you a fixed number doesn't know either. What we can tell you is what the dialer removes: no record lookup, no copy and paste between tabs, and no post-call logging, because auto-advance starts the next call the moment your rep hangs up and the notes save themselves.

Is this a parallel dialer?

No. RevOps.ai dials one line at a time. Parallel dialers exist to raise connect rates on cold lists by ringing several numbers at once. This queue isn't a cold list, so a rep working the top of it is calling people who already replied, asked for a callback, or showed buying intent this week. If raw dial throughput on cold data is your bottleneck, a parallel dialer is the right tool and we'll tell you so.

How is this different from a standalone power dialer?

A standalone dialer makes calls faster. It has no opinion about who you should call, because it only knows the CSV you handed it. RevOps.ai builds the queue from conversations happening right now across SMS, email, chat and AI voice, so the top of your list is whoever is closest to buying today. The call then writes back into the same CRM the queue came from, which means no exports, no reconciliation, and no second system to pay for.

Does RevOps.ai include a CRM?

Yes, a full one. Contacts with lists, tags, custom fields and saved views. A drag-and-drop deal pipeline with your own stages. A unified inbox threading SMS, email, chat and calls into one timeline per contact. A shared calendar with booking. Call recordings, notes and outcomes on every record. Plus reporting dashboards across agents, campaigns, channels and reps. If you already run Salesforce or HubSpot we sync both ways, so records stay on one system of truth. If you don't run one, you don't need to buy one.

Can we use the power dialer where AI calling is restricted?

Yes, and it's one of the main reasons teams pick it. Some markets restrict synthetic voice on outbound calls, or require disclosures that change how a first call goes. Turn AI voice off and everything else keeps running: AI still handles research, ranking, SMS, email, chat and note-taking, while every phone conversation is rep to prospect. Opt-out handling, sender identity and consent capture are configurable per region, so one platform covers the markets where AI can call and the markets where it cannot.

What about consent, do-not-call lists and call recording?

You stay the controller of who gets called and how. Opt-outs are captured and honoured across channels, sender identity is configurable, and consent state travels on the contact record so a rep can see it before dialing. Call recording is a setting rather than a default, because recording law differs by jurisdiction. We give you the controls. Deciding which rules apply to your lists and your markets is your call, and worth running past your own counsel.

Is the power dialer charged per seat?

No. It's included on every RevOps.ai plan with no per-seat fee, so you pay for the calls you place rather than for the right to place them. Standalone dialers typically bill monthly per rep before anyone has made a single call, which is what makes them expensive to roll out across a team. See the plans on our pricing page for how seats work on each tier.

Which phone providers does it work with?

Bring your own carrier. RevOps.ai connects to Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, Plivo and Sinch, so you keep your existing numbers, your existing rates and your existing deliverability reputation. Numbers can be tied to a specific agent, so the number a prospect sees is the one they already know.

How do teams compare RevOps.ai to GoHighLevel, Orum or Nooks?

Teams evaluating those tools are usually solving one of two problems: they want a faster dialer, or they want a CRM with outreach attached. RevOps.ai is built for the case where those are the same problem. Our AI agents, CRM, pipeline, inbox and dialer share one record, so intent captured in an SMS thread on Monday is what puts a contact at the top of a rep queue on Tuesday. Wherever the dialer and the conversation history sit in separate systems, that signal has to survive a sync before it reaches a rep. Here it never leaves the record.

What happens to notes and outcomes after a call?

They save themselves. Notes typed during the call, the call outcome, the duration and any recording attach to the contact record the moment the call ends, and appear in that contact's timeline alongside every AI conversation. Nobody has to remember to log anything, which is the single most common reason CRM data goes stale.
